Egg Freezing & Fertility Are Overwhelming
As someone who froze my eggs myself but has also spent more than a decade working for and with fertility clinics, I know first-hand how this process is, well a lot to process.
And while I’ll always recommend physicians as your best source of knowledge, I also recognize that at times, it feels like you just need to talk to someone who’s been through the process and can provide an unbiased opinion.
That’s where I come in.
How To Choose A Clinic?
There’s over 450 clinics in the US, all telling you that they are the best. How do you know which one is right for you?
What Questions Do I Ask At The Consult?
I have a top 10 list of questions to ask your doctor at the intitial consult. And we can come up with a few more based on what’s on your mind!
Physicians in this field are crazy smart and can throw a lot of information at you during appointments. If you’ve left a consult with a few questions about the info they shared, I can help decode, but also advise when it’s time to get that info directly from your doctor or nurse.
Let's Go Through It Together
When I went through the process, it took me 45 minutes to get the guts to give that first injection! I can be a friend during the process, and provide resources if the injections are a bit tough for you.
This Costs How Much?
I can help you understand how much egg freezing will cost, and what resources are available to help finance or reduce your payments.
Sometimes you just need to bounce your ideas off someone, and while I’m not a therapist, I’ve been through this process and have counseled many patients. I can listen to your pro and con list, and help you decide when and if this is right for you.

How Long Does The Process Take?
You will inject yourself with hormones for approximately 10 – 14 days. However, the process from initial consult with a doctor through the actual egg retrieval can take about 1 – 2 months depending on how quickly you and the clinic can move forward.
How Much Does Egg Freezing Cost?
There’s a lot of variability. It’s important to note that the egg retrieval will be seperate from the medications. It also highly depends on your geographic location. I’ve seen the egg retrieval range from $4,000 – $9,000 for the actual procedure, PLUS $2000 – $5000 for the medications.
Why Should I Spend Money To Talk To You?
There’s a ton of free content out there that will answer most of your questions.
However, most of that content isn’t personalized for your individual questions and situations. If you’re looking for free resources, click here and I’ll share my favorite. But if you’re looking for someone that will take an hour to talk through your situation, answer your questions and provide resources personalized to YOU..
When Should I Consider Egg Freezing?
It depends on your personal goals.
For me, I froze my eggs at 31. I had just quit my job and decided to travel South America for a year. So I knew I wasn’t going to be ready to have a child anytime soon. What are your goals?
I would also consider how many children you want. Fertility slowly declines over a female’s lifestyle, but that curve declines faster after age 35 and even faster after 40.
